Staff very friendly. The guy behind reception helped me make my bed 😊. Perfect location for my needs. Nothing

its always relaxing to stay there. i have been visiting Helpine hostel for the last 6 months, i havent had any complains. but only this time i stayed in ROOM 210. and i saw beg bugs which was really a surprising experience for me. beg bugs was on my side table

The spot is great for Earls Court and all the nearby amenities, but the broken window, broken lift, ill‑mannered manager, bed bugs, both internal and external noise, poor room lighting, and a fridge that doesn’t reach the plug socket made the stay miserable.

The location is fine, yet the bed bugs, constant internal and external noise all night, unresponsive and condescending staff, broken lift and window, and tepid showers turned the visit into a nightmare.
