I couldn’t get into my room; they told me that because my next flight was from a different terminal I wasn’t allowed to re‑enter terminal 3 to reach the hotel at 4 am. I want a refund. – Martine Cohen‑Salmon

The hotel’s spot in terminal 3 is handy, but because it’s the only one there the rates are outrageously high—especially for India. Any other hotel in Aerocity would be a far better deal if you’re willing to get a tourist visa. Beware: the map shows many cheaper options nearby, but those hotels don’t actually exist or are far outside the airport.

The only positive was that the hotel is in the airport. The cost I paid and the service I got were both very disappointing.

There was only one front‑desk person, so the wait was long. The fridge didn’t work, the kettle was broken and wouldn’t turn off, posing a fire risk. At 250 USD, the price was steep for the Indian market.

A convenient option for an hourly stay in Terminal 3 at Delhi Airport. The rooms were comfortable and the room service helped me rest before my early flight, all at a reasonable price. The downside was the lack of clear communication: after booking I received a cryptic message saying I needed to be connecting between two flights to use the hotel, and the staff never answered my calls or messages all day. When I finally called from the terminal, it took five minutes to explain the entrance, and they kept telling me to go to gate 1 instead of counter A. It would help if the message explicitly mentioned that the entrance is near counter A in the T3 check‑in area.
