The food and beers were served quickly, which I appreciated, and the dishes were delicious. The bathroom was not clean, which was disappointing. We also requested an estimated time of arrival (ETA) through our booking, but it was not accommodated or acknowledged. I hope they improve both their cleanliness and customer service.

The crew that unlocked the door was helpful. The admin didn’t have the key to unlock the door with the dead battery automatic lock.

The location was good. It was a bit disappointing that there were no windows.

The location was fine. The towels were old, stained, dirty and had a bad smell, the corridor probably smelled because of a dirty carpet, the toilet bowl liner was broken and not the correct size for the bowl, the toilet door could not be closed, and the internet connection was not working.

Friendly staff made the stay a bit better, but the poor wifi connection and the TV that didn't work meant we couldn't enjoy our 2 night stay; they kindly moved us to another room where we finally had wifi, yet the TV remained non‑functional, and there were no working power outlets so we couldn't charge our phones 😩
