Convenient spot in Thredbo village, but the hotel is clearly underfunded. Staff tried their best, yet there were maintenance problems—doors that wouldn’t close, heaters that didn’t work, and a TV that was dead.

A cramped, outdated place with awful service—staff hung up on me, no Wi‑Fi, a dead bug on my kid’s blanket, a musty room, no elevator, and no help with luggage. It was a nightmare and definitely not worth it.
