The room was comfortable, but I was disappointed there was no lift and the stairs were steep because of the building’s age; the meals and bar staff were great, though the reception staff weren’t as welcoming.

The spot was fantastic and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The room thermostat was confusing and the temperature felt cold; the morning hot water was only lukewarm.
