The design is spectacular, and the staff were very friendly. It’s quite expensive, but we found a good promotion that made the price‑quality ratio more reasonable.

The location is great. However, they lie about the facilities and the rooms are noisy.

The hotel is spectacular, with gorgeous views and a location very close to the malecon. The restaurant is delicious and the drinks are super tasty. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. However, if you go, try to avoid the floor below the restaurant because the noise is quite loud; we had to stay on that floor and the noise woke us up very early, probably because the waiters were setting up tables or something similar, as we heard wood striking the floor. The air conditioning isn’t great even though the minisplit was on full blast and hidden; it didn’t cool the room.

The location was great! The AC wasn’t the best and the room stayed hot all the time.
