The staff were very friendly, especially Neena and Vipin. They explained Fort Kochi and made us feel very special 😊

The location is ideal, right in the middle of the tourist center with many coffee shops, restaurants, and stores nearby. The room is very spacious and nice, but when we arrived it was dusty and neglected; after we complained, it was cleaned right away.

The location was prime, all the places are within walking distance. The night was horrible; the nearby bar had a party and our sleep was disturbed, finally I got a headache.
