Located in the central Monti district, Condominio Monti Boutique Hotel offers a unique stay in Rome. The hotel features a rooftop garden with panoramic views of the city, a 5-minute walk from the Coliseum and 1 stop from Termini via Cavour Metro Station. Spacious rooms come with LCD TVs, air conditioning, and free fiber optic internet, while buffet breakfast is served on the rooftop garden.

The room was spacious, though the storage space for two people was a bit lacking. The bathroom was large, featuring two sinks and ample storage. We couldn’t have breakfast there twice because of the WIZZ AIR flights, but we were given a small Goodie-Bag on request with Gipfeli, Zwieback, honey, jam, fruit, and juice—no coffee. On the last day we could eat on the rooftop terrace, which was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was good, finally with coffee. The hotel’s location is also very good; you’re quickly near the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, or the train station. The niche with a fridge and hanging spots was on the back side of the bed, not very optimal. Only one chair at the small table… The door to the bathroom was very loud! The towel hooks were beside the toilet but very high. We heard the restaurant staff talking and washing dishes until early morning—windows weren’t very tight, so we kept them closed because of the AC! The Gipfeli and bacon from breakfast were almost gone by 8:30. The hotel is unfortunately not perfect, and at that price we’d have expected a bit more.

Amazing breakfast on the roof top, and the restaurant downstairs is fantastic as well. Honestly. The 1 person room was really tiny, could hardly move in the shower, but the cosy decoration is great. No complaints

The location is great and close to so many attractions. I really liked the rooftop terrace for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I would recommend this to others. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was wonderful and the rooftop garden location was nice. The people were friendly. The coffee was freshly brewed and you didn’t have to press a button yourself. Delicious! On the first night we had a small room. No problem, but the booking didn’t make it clear that the bed was terribly narrow for a double. The next morning we got a different room with a normal bed and a good view.
