My stay at Embassy Suites Pittsburgh was a let‑down; the beds were comfy but the room was dirty, and within the first 10 minutes the bathroom door handle fell off. I called the front desk, but nobody seemed to care about fixing it. The bar experience was worse: the bartender was rude, the drinks were badly made, and the prices were too high for the quality. This trip was far below my expectations, and I won’t return or recommend it.
