The great location just inside the Medina, beautiful old building, impressive rooms. Nour was very helpful with tips for our stay. We were given an early breakfast on the morning we departed. A fantastic place to stay. Taxi access just a minutes walk away. One of the staff was always present to help us with directions. A little bit of confusion when we checked in regarding the number of rooms we had booked, a room upgrade was given for one of our party, all was fine thankfully.

If you book a hotel suite, it's a suite! The room is gigantic and decorated with very traditional elements.

The location, the bedding, the room space, the friendliness of the staff, the hearty breakfasts, the parking available 10 minutes on foot. The charm of this riad.

The interior of the riad was great. Shalaa (manager) was very helpful in resolving any issues and giving directions; everyone was friendly. The exterior of the riad in the medina, however, made me always ask for a large or central room.

We had a wonderful stay here! The riad is stunningly beautiful and comfortable, with a very convenient location. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the room was very spacious—if we ever return to Fez, we'll stay here again! Thanks to the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible!
