The room was very clean, the staff were lovely, the bed was very comfy, and the bath was nice and big; however, there was no TV and the area offers nothing to do in the evening, so unless you’re a book reader, evenings can be quite dull.

The property is extremely well appointed and very comfortable; the owner Lyn welcomed us at arrival, showed us around, and invited us to use her private lounge to watch TV in the evening; everything inside was first‑class premium quality, with bathroom products and tea/coffee available; we paid for breakfast on the day and were not disappointed—the selection of extras was second to none and the cooked breakfast was delicious; it’s possibly the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at, and I can’t think of anything I’d change.
