“Déçue”
The reception was pleasant and the bedding was good, but the bathroom felt old‑fashioned and there was no extra heater. The price‑quality ratio in the Roseraie building was overstated.

The hotel offered a lot, yet we were assigned a room that was not a suite and it was located in the basement of a annex, which was not apparent at booking, so the value for money fell short. Moreover, the breakfast priced at €24.00 was far too expensive.

The check‑in was very friendly and the location was great, yet it was a pity the bistro was closed because of a traveling group. The gastronomic restaurant was excellent, but a simpler meal would have sufficed.

Beautiful hotel in the stunning village of Les Eyzes. The room for four adults was a nice size. Staff were very helpful and attentive. A very nice touch allowing you to choose the scent of your shampoo and soap on check‑in. Lovely pool area/garden. Nothing to complain about.

The superb building, beautiful pool, spacious rooms, and delicious restaurant were highlights. In the bistro room it gets too hot in summer evenings under the glass roof; it’s much more pleasant outside under the trees, though that isn’t possible when a storm threatens (still rare).
