“BUCKET LIST STAY”
The location was great and the staff were exceptional, but the air conditioner kept turning on and off constantly and never stayed on for a steady period.

Our room wasn’t ready for hours, and the executive lounge, for which we paid extra, had no food available.

The hotel has really stepped up its game since our last visit - the rooms are super clean and the decor is fresh and modern. However, when we had an issue, I reached out to the manager via email, but unfortunately, I'm still waiting for a response. It's a shame, because the hotel's got a lot going for it.

The hotel's price tag was a real shocker - it was way more than what I was expecting to pay. The room itself was fine, but the price was just not justified. I'm not sure what kind of pricing strategy they're going for, but it's definitely misleading.

I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but the first room we were given had a pretty overpowering smell of mold and chemicals. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was definitely not pleasant. Luckily, the staff were able to move us to a different room, but it was a bit of a hassle.
