The location was ideal, right in the city center, but the breakfast was a disaster— the rolls were so hard from reheating that they were almost impossible to cut, and when ordering, you only got two tiny slices of ham or cheese.

The location is great. There are no competent staff. The worst part was the breakfast—so bad. I am at a loss for words. The house has a lot of tradition, but unfortunately it is very old‑fashioned.

The room was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I find breakfast buffets much more pleasant because the items are served in stages and you can’t choose from a selection based on the offerings, which is unfortunately not possible here.
