The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they packed breakfast for early starters and the dinners were high quality with special attention to guests with food sensitivities. The room is slowly being renovated.

The operators are genuinely very friendly and are probably the highlight of this place; the food was also very good.

We only booked a single night with breakfast, but next time we’ll try half‑board. The à la carte food was excellent, as was the breakfast. The owner‑couple are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their guests. The front‑desk staff were not very friendly, but when we asked the manager if everything was okay, she gave us an unforgettable, lovely evening. We didn’t use the sauna because of the warm weather, but it’s well equipped. The room was very clean and spacious.

The location, staff, excellent breakfast, and excellent dinner were all great; everything else was 1.

Franzi greeted us very warmly and made us feel right at home; the dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was plentiful. Time flew by too quickly, but we will definitely return.
