Great breakfast spread and excellent service. We booked a spacious room and a nearby parking spot. Everyone on the team was very friendly and spoke German. Thanks for a wonderful time in Karlsbad – highly recommended. The sauna usage is an extra charge per hour.

Wir sind zum 2.mal in diesem Hotel und wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielseitig und zu Abend gab es Buffet und auch in dieserhinsicht war für jeden immer etwas dabei. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und teils deutsch, jedoch englisch war auch überhaupt kein Problem

The location is great, and a nearby elevator makes the main street quickly reachable. Breakfast was sufficient, and dinner offered two main dishes to choose from. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms and overall décor were nicely done. Walking from the parking lot to the hotel takes about 15 minutes downhill; uphill back to the parking. The lamps in both the room and the restaurant are too bright; a warmer light would feel cozier.

A very nice little hotel with extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is only available a bit farther away, but that’s the only downside.
