I was happy with the location because everything was within walking distance, but it would have been nicer if there was coffee available in the room.

The location is perfect for visiting Rome. The rooms are spacious. The mattress is very comfortable. The toilet bowl is broken. The equipment is a bit old. The pillows are too flat, but several were available to compensate.

The location was excellent, we walked almost everything, with a market, café, restaurants and a bus stop right nearby; the room was spacious and cleaned daily with towel changes, and it was very quiet. We arrived by train and the walk from the station to the hotel was easy, about 10 minutes on flat ground. We walked to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, Doria Pamphili Gallery and Borghese Gallery, and only for the Colosseum did we take an Uber because we had a scheduled guided tour, which was about 21 minutes walking. The beds were a bit hard for my taste, the toilet lid was a little loose and irritated me a lot and I couldn’t fix it. Because there was no one at reception, it was annoying to have to send messages; sometimes it’s nice to have someone greet you in person and talk about any issues. But it was fine to arrive at the hotel and enter; everything was well organized and explained. There was no breakfast, but there was a good café nearby, so I thought the prices were high for this level of service, but the location made it worthwhile. I found the tourism tax of 7 euros per person per day high; I paid 70 euros in cash and saw that this fee is charged for 4‑star hotels, and this place definitely wasn’t one, so the owner should review it.
