The check‑in was easy, the grounds were clean, and I liked that everything was provided and we got in quickly. The customer‑service rep answered promptly when I called. The downside was no signal outside the premises; I had to leave the gate to get a signal.

The room was comfortable enough and pretty quiet, especially since there was an event every night during our stay. I don’t mind a contactless check‑in, having stayed in similar places before, but this property did a terrible job of sending me the check‑in info and then was completely unavailable when I called repeatedly for help. We almost gave up and went to stay somewhere else for the night, but luckily another guest was kind enough to help us. That other guest also mentioned having a difficult time checking in.

It’s great that it’s clean; I was a bit confused because it’s contactless check‑in, but the location was amazing and the staff that was there was incredible.
