The facilities were good, but the staff gave little attention and the location was terrible; the shower water was dirty, the manager was unresponsive, and they didn’t greet you at the scheduled time.

The staff were great, but the entrance should have a hotel sign; we searched for a long time and couldn’t find the hotel until the staff guided us up the many steps on the mountain.
