The location is quiet, close to the two Trulli districts, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. My bike was safely stored in the garage. The hotel is somewhat noisy; in the evenings I could hear doors slamming and conversations in the hallway/stairwell. The bathroom paper supply is insufficient, only a small roll with few sheets. The bathroom door is only about 1.75 m high, so tall people have to duck (I was in a single room).

“Hotel Para Visitar Alberobello”

The Hotel Lanzillotta is very well situated, about a 7‑minute walk from the train station, which makes arriving easy and allows a comfortable stroll around Alberobello’s historic centre. The rooms are pleasant and cosy, with standard‑sized bathrooms that meet guests’ needs. The buffet breakfast is very complete, offering a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for those who want a central location, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast while enjoying Alberobello’s main sights. However, the standard‑sized bathroom has a safety issue: the bathtub is quite high, requiring caution when entering and exiting, especially for older guests. Moreover, the bathtub’s shower screen lacks a proper sealing rubber, letting water leak onto the floor, which could cause slips and falls. The hotel should address this for guests’ safety. Additionally, the room size may feel somewhat cramped for stays longer than two days, particularly when traveling with several suitcases and needing more space to be comfortable. These observations aim to improve safety without diminishing the hotel’s positives.

“A centrally located hotel, close to everything, with very helpful staff. Clean and pleasant.”

The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant’s location was very convenient. Beautiful city views from the terrace. Great central spot, perfect for exploring the city.

I loved everything about this place—the room, the breakfast, and especially the cake. I’m not usually a sweet tooth, yet I ate a lot of it! If I had stayed longer, I would gladly have had dinner and wine at the property instead of going out. I’ll definitely return, as there are still many places in this beautiful region to explore. I think there’s a ghost, hahahah.
