I’d say this spot is a dream for backpackers in Cusco – the place sits right next to a local market and all the spots we needed. The bed was huge and super comfy, the hot shower blasted with great pressure, and there’s a tidy kitchen to whip up meals. Carlos is an incredible host: reliable, helpful, and always quick to reply. He runs day tours at some of the best rates we’ve seen, and you can stash your backpacks with him. Whenever we asked for something, he sorted it out without a hitch. You can truly rely on him! The price is unbeatable. Anyone trekking Peru with a backpack should book here.

“Good budget stay!”

It’s good value, hot showers are reliable. The room had a slightly odd smell, the shared kitchen was tiny, and it felt a bit unsanitary.

Great price, close to the city center, and the owner was very helpful. I barely used the kitchen. It’s best to avoid showering in the afternoon or at night because water is restricted in the area.
