The hotel is close to Sapporo Station, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, yet the corridor had a strange smell, the first two nights were quiet thanks to considerate neighbours, and the door and walls constantly vibrated (maybe neighbours opening doors or wind pressure).

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and a lady even handed me her own sugar packets when none were available. The only downside was that there was no sugar in the room.

I liked that the amenities were freely provided, but reaching the station in just two minutes isn’t realistic.

We stayed just one night, but it would be comfortable for longer stays; the location is great from the station, the room had all the amenities (including shower and bathtub) and a nice city view, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of good food—I'll come back.
