“Hotel correcto y confortable”

We stayed just one night. It was convenient to arrive the next day at the airport. The nearby restaurants are very good. Since it was Monday, the hotel’s own restaurant was closed, but the breakfast was very good and very complete. The staff were very friendly and the room met expectations. At check‑in there was no problem with the code and then the keys. The hotel is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, so there was no outside noise, but it’s still close to Santander or the airport.

Everything in general was fine. One area for improvement: we saw a large number of dead insects stuck to the curtains and walls of the room, which gave a feeling of lack of cleanliness in that exclusive sense.

Menchu was very attentive. The hotel is in a quiet area. The room was very spacious and well equipped (refrigerator, water and complimentary coffee). Everything was very clean. Free parking is available on the premises. Highly recommended.

The value for money was great and the place was very quiet. We found some things somewhat dirty, towels and sheets.
