The food was bad, and the front desk behaved like a hostel warden, insisting that guests can't enter rooms per policy that wasn’t on the website. When friends came to visit, they were denied room access and the staff demanded an extra 500. The hotel sits on the second floor, and at midnight the stairwell and lift shutters were shut, leaving no way to reach the room from outside. You’re at the mercy of the reception; if you’re lucky enough to have their contact number and they’re awake, they’ll open the shutters, otherwise you spend the whole night outside.
