The location is close to the attractions, the staff were friendly, the pool was nice, and there was plenty of outdoor space. The food was a bit stale, though.

The sites were nearby and the rooms and common areas were clean. On the first night we went to the hotel restaurant at 20h and there were hardly any hot dishes left, and those that were served were only lukewarm. The second night was better, but there were still no hot vegetables, only crudités, which was a bit disappointing. Regarding hygiene, the bins where food was kept to stay warm were simply wiped with paper towels or similar non‑disinfected paper after being removed, yet everyone lifts those covers to serve themselves—just a reminder that this matters!

The location was good, the facilities and amenities were solid, breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly. Some of the lounges could use an update.

The staff were very welcoming and dedicated. The outdoor pool is huge, and there is a lot of outdoor space. It’s a shame the billiard tables are too worn for playing and are chargeable, and fresh fruit is missing from the food service.
