The family welcomed me with very warm hospitality in their home, and I ended up on a farm where they served food straight from the garden; the bed was good, the room was clean, and I’ll be back!

The family running the agriturismo exemplifies how to promote the region and culinary traditions simply and effectively; the place offers all comforts while keeping a strong authenticity, the handmade breakfast was a real gem, so keep it up! Nothing negative.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay: the area is beautiful and genuine, we were greeted with great kindness, the room was very comfortable and spotless, the dinner was truly exceptional thanks to Mrs Fiorenza’s kitchen, and the breakfast included homemade pastries.

If you’re after a rural idyll, this is the spot. Bike rides along the adjacent Po River or in the area are recommended. The rooms are rustic yet tasteful. The bathrooms are almost brand new and impeccably clean. Luckily I accepted the offered dinner. The Italian cuisine was excellent with a good red country wine. I happened to be passing through Sardinia and stopped here; it won’t be my last visit.

“Agriturismo nei pressi del Po”

The property is a renovated old farmhouse that respects its history, and the family running it is very welcoming and generous, giving the place an authentic old‑world feel that makes it a cozy retreat to recharge. Breakfast was superb, with homemade bread, sweets, and freshly baked cookies! It can be a bit inconvenient for those without a car or with late return times, but the distance from everyday life is also a plus for recharging.
