The location is very convenient. The hotel charged me Rs 1000 for two towels because they were dirty with kumkum and a little turmeric. The towel was so old that it wasn’t even Rs 50 each. Food is very costly in Spicy Garden.

The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were courteous and helpful when we asked for an ironing board; the room itself was spacious. However, there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom at times, and communication with the front desk was a bit difficult. The laundry service arrived on time, but several clothes came back with pen marks, and a shirt we had asked them to remove a stain from was lost and only returned just before we had to leave.

The property and food were good, but the customer service and hospitality could use a little improvement; overall, hospitality needs improvement.
