The Jane Eliza Motor Inn, situated in Swan Hill's heart, offers free Wi-Fi and BBQ facilities. All rooms have garden views, flat-screen TVs, and DVD players. Located opposite the railway station, it's a 10-minute walk from Riverside Park on the Murray River and a 5-minute shuttle from Murray Downs Golf & Country Club. Air-conditioned rooms feature kitchenettes and en-suite bathrooms.

The refurbished unit was very clean and comfortable, located in the town centre with shops, cafés, restaurants, and close to the river’s lovely walking paths, Pioneer Settlement, and the art gallery. The shower recess was very slippery, so I had to buy a non‑slip shower mat because none were provided.

Excellent location, comfortable hotel, and the single room was just right for us.

The place is right across from VLine Station and next to the main street shops, ALDI, BWS, Hungry Jack’s, and the rest.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot and my room was spotless; there’s an EV charger roughly 100 m from the building, right beside the Giant Murray Cod.
