The suite was huge, clean and nice, with fantastic sweet young trans everywhere. However, the hotel advertised a breakfast buffet, yet we could only choose among three rice dishes; if we wanted eggs or pancakes we had to buy the full breakfast. We went out and ate breakfast elsewhere. On our last day we were suddenly allowed eggs and pancakes at no extra cost, which surprised us.

For the price, this hotel is excellent; everything is close by and the location is super convenient. A few pieces of furniture are a bit old and some areas could use renovation, but that’s common in Asian hotels. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is great, the balconies are beautiful, and I love the mountain view from the balcony. I’ve stayed here many times and keep returning because I’m very happy with it—great value for the price!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, truly the highlight of our stay. The hotel sits just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the grounds are lovely. Breakfast wasn’t elaborate but was sufficient, while the room was exceptionally large and the bed very comfortable. The free-to-air TV only offered Balinese channels, though there were plenty of pay‑for‑view sites, and some of the internal cupboards needed repair.
