The reception and housekeeping were helpful. The bedding sheets were colorful, but the bed was noisy. Shower doors needed better securing to prevent falls, and the water temperature was inconsistent in the morning and evening—probably the geyser is too small for the guests.

The booking was intended for my husband, but even after a phone call to the hotel, a misunderstanding persisted. We ultimately paid a total of R900 for one night, paying R400 in advance and R500 in cash at the front desk.
