The staff are incredibly helpful and English communication is smooth. They’ll show you all the sights and help with bookings. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and a 15‑minute walk to the east gate mountain entrance. It’s clean, modern, and offers great value. I found no faults.

The hotel is fantastic and very pretty! They handle laundry, which comes out great! It’s a 10‑minute walk from the east gate. The only thing missing is a grinder for ground coffee.

The room was large and wonderful, with every comfort. The hair dryer was amazing. John was truly fantastic. They booked all our entries for us and everything was perfect. We used the laundry, but the clothes came back folded in a bag; a little more care would have been appreciated.

The hotel is very nice with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, offering a good selection of Asian dishes and some bread with spreads. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the east entrance of the national park. The bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxing after a long day in the park.

I loved the location—just a 15‑minute walk from the park entrance—and the room was cozy and fully equipped. The gym had everything needed to stay fit, and the rooftop offered a nice view with some friendly cats. I struggled a bit to turn on the heating; it only worked once. The window in our room was right below the neon lights, so at night we saw a lot of insects.
