The hotel was in a good area, close to the train station and the city bridge. Reception was helpful and the staff were friendly; the service was even better than the hotel itself, and the accommodation was new and super.

A really good place to stay with great food, and there was nothing to complain about.

I was greeted by the lovely staff who couldn't open the room for me, but the housekeeping team rushed in and helped out quickly, which was great. However, the room was noisy; I slept on the second floor in room 3 and heard loud footsteps from the first floor.
