The room was a good size and very clean. Maria Luisa, the owner, goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The location is great, within walking distance of Rome Termini and about 15‑20 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and nice restaurants. The breakfast was great. Nothing to note.

Everything was great. The host Maria is exceptional—friendly, kind, and makes everything better for us. She serves the best breakfast you can find in Rome. It’s all worth it. I would recommend it with my eyes closed. Nothing else.

The property was well‑situated, a 10‑minute walk to the train station and about 5 minutes to the metro. Marie, our host, was amazing, taking time to explain the property and accommodate dietary needs so everyone had a great breakfast. The bed and air conditioning provided excellent sleep. The room was very clean and everything worked properly. Nothing was wrong.
