The room sat right above the restaurant, yet there was no noise, and the quirky, chic décor felt fun and comfortable; I just wish they offered breakfast, since dinner was great.

The room was spotless and roomy, and it’s close to Stowe, but you have to climb three flights of stairs and the stairs are very narrow.

This converted firehouse is really cool—AMAZING! The parking is tight because the lot is shared with the restaurant.

What breakfast? The restaurant was closed, and the bar wasn’t open either; we arrived just in time for the owner to leave. We book hotels that have a restaurant and bar on site because we like to relax and have a drink when we get there. We also like to have dinner at the hotel so we don’t have to search the area for a place to eat. Some privately owned inns and B&Bs are run professionally, but this one was not one of them!!!!!
