Walking distance from the station was great, so if you just want a cheap stay without extras, this is recommended. The shared unit bath was new to me, so timing was left to luck; a board showing when it’s available would help. Also, a hand soap on the sink would be nice.

The location is good. It just doesn’t feel that much cheaper.

It’s close to the station. The shared shower is only one; you can’t use it while someone else is in it, and the drain is a bit clogged, so the water doesn’t flow well.

The only good thing is that it’s near the metro and bus stations. The worst place I’ve ever stayed. At check‑in, the staff took about 15 minutes to open the door even though I’d already checked the arrival times. They kept trying to charge extra fees with no clear explanation. The biggest problem was the lack of privacy: I asked that no one enter my room during my stay, yet the staff kept coming in, leaving notes about supposed unpaid charges, some of which weren’t even mine. The situation got intolerable on the last night when, around 22:00, the staff knocked on my door and opened it with their own key while I was inside, making me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I later saw other reviews with similar privacy issues, so this isn’t an isolated incident. The futon/tatami didn’t bother me, but the constant invasions and the staff’s behavior made the experience very unpleasant, so I would not recommend this place.
