The place sits right on a great spot, the room is huge, and it was super quiet—no sound from neighboring rooms or hallways. Nothing else to say.

“Price is high for what you get and that doesn’t match what’s advertised”

The property’s location is fantastic, with everything on that main road to wine country nearby. However, when we mentioned that the room didn’t match the pictures we saw on Booking—and we even showed them—the winery told us it was because Booking had the wrong suite in its photos. We didn’t get the spa tub that was listed, which was a key reason we chose the room for two nights. The room we received was much smaller than the images and, instead of overlooking the winery, our balcony faced the road. It wasn’t worth the price we paid. Next time I visit wine country, I’ll book directly through another resort and avoid Booking because the resort said they couldn’t help us since we didn’t book with them. I’ve attached a few photos of what we got and what Booking promised.
