The hotel was very nice, handled a last‑minute date change that was greatly appreciated, the rooms were great, the staff friendly, breakfast tasty, showers superb, and the location perfect—nothing was wrong.

Located right in the port area, and the views of the fjord and mountains right outside the hotel were amazing each morning. The hotel is only a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town. Easy access to Hof shuttle stop for access to and from the airport. About 1km direct walk to a Hagkaup supermarket and variety store. Staff at the hotel were friendly. The room was large , bed was comfortable, and there was a small fridge to store food and drinks. Robes and slippers provided, and there is a sauna and jacuzzi on site. It was really quiet at night and I slept comfortably. Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of fresh food options and the warm pains au chocolat were a treat with coffee. Not a complaint, but I would recommend to go early for breakfast as it can get quite busy and crowded
