“Property bad, area bad, women especially should avoid”

I liked that my stay here ended in just one night. 1) We paid the property in advance but they said that they hadn't received the payment. Tried 's customer service but their customer care service sucks and I couldn't get in touch. 2) it seemed like the hotel was still under construction and they had already started taking bookings. From the looks of it, we were the only guests there. 3) hotel reception was unresponsive. We booked a room for 3 people, they gave us a room for 2 people. When asked for extra bedding, they were so reluctant and rude when giving the extra mattress. 4) our room was full of mosquitoes 5) drain of shower was not proper and the bathwater kept getting accumulated near the door. 6) right next to bathroom, there was a door, when we opened it, there was a very creepy khandar-like room. I've attached a pic. This DOOR DID NOT LOCK FROM EITHER SIDE. 7) they didn't give us proper wifi service 8) the hotel was apparently very new (given that it was still under construction, and yet the jet spray holder was broken. I've attached an image. 9) area, too, felt unsafe at night for women Consider this only if you're in Agra for a single night and have no other option and have no women or children with you

I was really impressed with this hotel - the rooms were spotless and the staff were super friendly. The location was great, too, with a full security presence in the area, which made me feel really safe. One thing that was a bit of a letdown was the noise level, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for me. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

“If you like bed bugs and filth & crumbling facilities in an unsafe area go for it”

This place was a total disaster. I'm still trying to process how bad it was. The moment I walked in, I knew I was in trouble - the area was a slum and I could tell it was going to be a long night. The staff seemed okay at first, but the men were super creepy and kept leering at me, making me feel really uncomfortable. I tried to brush it off, but things only got worse from there. The room was a mess - the sheets were filthy, the door handle was hanging off, and the toilet seat was loose.
