Getting to the hotel from the railway station is very bad. The direct approach road from the station is problematic.

The location is excellent—very close to the railway station, within walking distance of the metro and one of Ernakulam’s main roads. The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. However, the room had a strong musty smell that lingered on my clothes and towels, and the furniture showed signs of termites with powdery remnants all over the room.

The staff were cooperative. The cleaning schedule was irregular, there was no intercom, and hot water was unavailable.

The owner was friendly. Other staff were not as pleasant. The bed sheets and walls were untidy, and the room was dusty and not cleaned properly.
