Very disappointed, the reception staff were incompetent, showed no understanding of the situation and did not resolve the issue. The hotel was not clean, the finishes were unfinished. We arrived late and were given a room that had not been cleaned; after we complained they changed the room. The food was catastrophic, I got sick every time I ate. Technicians had to be called repeatedly for repairs.

The hotel is good and the beach is superb; the meals were not very good.

The quality of the meals is very poor. I think this is the first time I’ve stayed in a place offering food of such low quality. Additionally, cigarette butts are left in the pool and plastic cups clutter the common areas. The overall hygiene of the establishment is clearly lacking and deserves serious review.

A decent place, its low price is the main perk, but the building feels old, the room furniture is outdated, the shower head is wrapped in tape, and the pool is officially dirty with a layer of oil on the surface. The food is average, suitable for young people without high expectations, and there’s no nightlife for adults—only activities for kids. The tables in front of the pool are insufficient.
