The room stayed warm, and the terrace offered a gorgeous view, but the charging points were too high to reach comfortably.

I stayed in a budget room on the ground floor, the last one at the end of the corridor, and it was a complete mess—no towels, cockroaches in the bathroom at night, and the room was filthy. Even though I had a discount, the staff member at the front desk was clueless about it and told me to talk to the owner. He passed me the owner’s phone, and when I explained the discount, the owner flat‑out replied, “Don’t tell me about that. Deal with it directly.” I paid the full price without a problem, but the owner’s rude attitude and the overall lack of cleanliness and service made the stay unbearable. This will be my last visit here, and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff were extremely friendly, the room was comfortable, the location was scenic and safe, and it’s very close to Kandy city.
