The hotel was very convenient to Termini but in a fairly quiet area near the university; the room was well proportioned with a huge super‑king bed and a window overlooking trees, and a few cafés and trattorias were right around the corner. We tried calling staff to assist another guest who was ill, but the phone rang out several times with no callback. There was nowhere to plug in a kettle except on the floor or bedside table.

The staff were very hospitable and helpful, and the location was great thanks to its proximity to the train station, with restaurants and cafés nearby.

Cleanliness, comfort, location and fair price were spot on, but the breakfast could have been better.

The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made the stay very comfortable. Nothing in particular stood out; everything met my expectations.
