Getting into the van was so easy and simple, exactly what I wanted, and it far exceeded my expectations. Nothing to complain about; everything was great.

We loved the pool. The site’s location was misleading; it claimed beach access but it actually required a long walk to an accessible beach.

“Disappointed”

The price and the wood scent inside the caravan (which I liked) were similar to a sauna. I booked the caravan because the description said it was ‘pet‑friendly’, hoping to bring two guinea pigs in a cage. The owners refused to let me keep the guinea pigs in their cage, inside or outside, saying ‘pets’ only meant dogs. They also denied my request to cancel the booking, which I had made that very day. The complex is far from the seafront, restaurants and good beaches. Almost all children’s activities cost extra, including the swimming pool. Prices are high; for example, a wash costs £5.20 (normally about £3). There is no dryer rack in the caravan, so we had to lay wet towels and swimwear on the car’s bonnet. There were also no chairs or a table outside. The furniture inside the caravan is outdated.

I truly enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere at this hotel, perfect for families. Although the caravan itself was slightly aged, it still managed to provide an extremely comfortable stay.

“We enjoyed our stay in the caravan and planning to return next year again”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, excellent location, and overall comfort. However, I did notice that the dining area could benefit from a handheld vacuum cleaner, especially for families with young children, as the carpet under the dining table can be a bit of a challenge to clean. Additionally, the dining chairs were not in the best condition, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
