The location is quite far from Venice itself, but on the upside it’s really quiet; walking takes 20 minutes, driving 3 to the train station with a large guarded free parking lot, and for 5 €/person you can get to the center in an hour. Around the accommodation you’ll find everything you need: Lidl, McDonald's, restaurants, a gas station. Every time we left the hotel we came back to find the room cleaned, the trash taken out, everything arranged, the floor swept… the room had a small fridge with a freezer, a fan, a clean shower, and we felt very comfortable. I had booked a room with a double bed 12 hours before arrival; upon arrival I rang the bell 10 minutes, called the number twice, but nobody answered. Suddenly the owner arrived, checked us in, apologized that he didn’t have a single‑bed room but would give us two separate ones because the cleaner wasn’t available until 11:00. In the end it didn’t matter to us and we didn’t even feel embarrassed about the owner; he let us check in much earlier than expected. I just want to point out that this can happen and for a while we didn’t even know if anyone was going to accommodate us because you ring, call, and nothing, but it all worked out in the end.

The owner was super nice and offered an airport pick‑up service at a reasonable rate, even though we had to wait two hours because of flight delays. The room was clean and, although a bit old in terms of furniture, had everything you need. For the countryside this is a great place to stay at. I would definitely stay here again.

The structure is welcoming and located in a very quiet spot in Trebaseleghe, ideal for disconnecting or as a base to visit Treviso, Padua, and Venice. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every comfort, including excellent Wi‑Fi. Nothing to report, everything was perfect and beyond expectations.
