I loved the decor, the layout of the room, and the staff were as attentive and helpful as always. However, as usual I was traveling for work. Unfortunately, I had to share the room with a young man who, according to the desk staff after I arrived, had been smoking inside the room in the days before me and was persistently coughing, clearing his throat and sputtering every few minutes. I know neither of us were lucky, but he should have seen a doctor and cleared up his condition before staying in a public place. I had to pay for everything, and after several hours of agony and trying to guess a possible medical diagnosis that could lead to a public health collapse, I secretly put on a double layer of masks that I bought wholesale. I reported the situation to staff and asked for another room, which I paid for myself (it was a suite because there were no standard rooms left). That allowed me to escape a situation that could have affected my work performance if I had caught an infection, and also protected my coworkers and clients. Since this happened right here in the hotel, the staff had to act as a deterrent and prevent such public health risks. I almost called the health ministry, but it was too late.

Clean and comfortable. Checkout was at 12 pm, but I had already called at 11 pm.

The staff were friendly and the water was hot enough. Cleanliness was really bad: the bathtub had scale, the shower head was blackened, there was dust in corners, and a lot of workers came in and out.
