I arrived at night, the area was dark and the location wasn't good. I wanted to stay three nights to get used to the property, but my only option was to look for another hotel with a better location, so I never checked in.

Everything about the accommodation—facilities and service—is excellent, but the bar items like drinks, sodas, and sweets are outrageously expensive. Offering a tourist service is one thing; exploiting visitors with inflated prices is another. Fair pricing is part of a good tourist experience.
