No pick‑up was offered from the Volvo drop point to the hotel, and the Yatra parchi wasn’t given; both were mentioned in the booking confirmation email, which was disappointing.

It’s under 1 km from Karta Railway station and the Kartra bus stop. The room was clean and the hospitality is awesome. The staff are totally supportive.
