I was happy with the service, but the location in Villafranca del Penedès was a drawback.

The place is well situated, but we booked two rooms and one had two 90‑cm beds that were too low; it seemed the bed frames were missing legs or had very short ones, so my tall partner couldn’t fit. The furnishings were broken or in disrepair, giving the vibe of a non‑4‑star hotel. The room also had a strong cigarette smell and was poorly ventilated.

The parking for cars was convenient, yet the room was dirty with hair all over the bed, sheets, and floor. The bathroom towels were also dirty except for two.
