The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, even sending a message to confirm our arrival time. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options, the location was brilliant and very close to the entrance to Petra, the bed was lovely and comfortable, and the overall value was amazing—highly recommended. No complaints.

The hotel sits right next to the Petra entrance, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. No complaints at all.

Even though I ran into a few issues at check‑in, the staff handled everything responsibly and I could feel their enthusiasm. I need to be careful about whether it’s a non‑smoking room, so keep an eye on that when you arrive. If the water tower runs low, the bottom will have muddy water; it would help to know that ahead of time.
