The host tried hard but seemed as confused as a forest bee and didn’t solve anything or help. The accommodation was utterly unacceptable: the room and the whole building were freezing, and the heating system made such noise that sleep was impossible. The place was filthy everywhere – suspicious stains on the floor, a dirty bathroom, and dish dispensers and utensils left by previous guests. The promised Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, and the owner ignored our complaint. Shockingly, the staff demanded our passports as a deposit for payment. I definitely do not recommend this place.

“Habitación para familias , pero no apartamento”

The place was clean and new, and the beds were comfortable. There’s a terrace you can use to eat if the weather is nice, and you can lock the door. It has heating and air conditioning. It isn’t an apartment; it’s two rooms with one bathroom, a sink, and a fridge. You can’t cook or heat anything, and there’s no table inside to bring food and eat there.

The only good thing was the furnishings, otherwise it was total garbage. Unfortunately, our stay was a very bad experience. There is no elevator, so you have to carry luggage up to the top floors on foot. Even worse was how the owners handled our personal data: they passed our passports and private information to third parties, causing serious problems for us. When we confronted the owners, they tried to deny or deflect responsibility. I have evidence of the data sharing. They showed no remorse; instead, they became angry and reacted inappropriately when confronted. This stay was a horror. The sharing of passports and personal data with third parties is a severe breach of trust and privacy. Because of this experience, I definitely cannot recommend this place.
